Jennifer is a graduate of Mass Bay Community College (1985).

She has 35 years of experience in the legal field.

Jennifer has been working with Attorney DeLuca for 18 years. She manages the law firm and handles medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases from filing of suit to settlement or trial.

Natalie Fealy has been a nurse for 20 years. She is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant who performs in depth medical record reviews in the areas of medical negligence, product liability and catastrophic injury.

As well as being a CLNC, Natalie also has specialty certifications as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN alumnus) and as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).

Previous to joining DeLuca & Associates, LTD, in 2014 Natalie worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA; she has more than 14 years of extensive bedside, clinical, educational and leadership experience in nursing. Natalie has a wide range of experience caring for a variety of patients including: critical care, cardiac care, resuscitation, medical-surgical and telemetry. She is trained as an advanced practice nurse and holds her MS in nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS). Natalie worked as a CNS on an orthopaedic trauma unit for more than six years.

Natalie also has experience as a clinical instructor at Simmons College and the University of Massachusetts. She has also been a guest lecturer at both institutions.

Wendi Venditti - Paralegal

Wendi Venditti


Wendi attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Paralegal Certificate Program. She has over 30 years of paralegal litigation experience with a focus on medical malpractice, personal injury, and catastrophic injury. Prior to DeLuca & Associates, Ltd., Wendi was involved with the Rhode Island Station Fire litigation. She has been with the team at DeLuca & Associates, Ltd. for over 10 years.
